Patch/fix after AWS outageUpdated 4 hours ago
Due to the recent AWS outage, some of the frames were not able to connect to the server after AWS was restored. If you are still having issue with the frame with blank screen after bootup or error messages such as "CloudPhotoFrame keeps stopping", please watch the instruction video below to download the patch to fix the issue. This patch will remove the error communications during the outage. It will not delete the binding or the pictures.

You don't need to have an account to download from the Dropbox links above. Please just click on the option to download without creating an account on the Dropbox page. Once the file is downloaded. please copy the file to the desktop and extract the file (For Windows, right click on the file name and select Extract-All) before doing the update.
When connecting the frame to the computer, please make sure the USB-A side (larger connector) is connected to the computer and the microUSB/USB-C side (smaller connector) is connected to the frame.
