Photos not being displayed on the frame / File not Found (Decode Error)Updated a year ago
This issue is usually caused by 2 things: Compression and Image Size(dimensions).
To fix this you can use a free program called XnConvert which can be downloaded from the site below

Once downloaded, follow the steps below to adjust your photos.
1. On the Input Tab, Click "Add files" or "Add Folder" to select the picture(s) or folder(s) you want to adjust. The pictures will load into the program. You can also drag files or folders into the XnConvert window.
2. On the Actions tab, Click "Add Action".
3. Click on "Resize". Modify the dimensions to either 1600x1200, 1024x768 or 800x600.
4. On the Output tab, take note of the path on the first bar. This is where the files will be placed after conversion. You can set this to any location you desire.
5. On the right you will see a dropdown box in the "Format" section. Click and select "JPG - JPEG / JFIF".
6. Click "Convert" on the bottom right to execute the adjustments.
This does not delete the original files unless "Delete Original" is checked on the Output tab.
