Copying media files from the computer to the frame (Internal memory models only)Updated 2 years ago
To copy media files (i.e.: photos, videos, music) from your computer to your frame, turn on your digital photo frame and connect it to your computer via the USB cable.
For Windows:
- The Auto Play window will appear with options for opening the contents of the connected device. Select Open Folder To View Files option to access the frame's internal memory.
- Copy and paste the desired media files from the source window to the frame's internal memory.
- Disconnect the photo frame from the computer.
- On the frame, select the media you want to view (i.e.: photos, videos, music) and press enter on either the frame or the remote.
For Macs:
- You will see an icon appear on the desktop. It will be labeled either as Untitled or it will have the Model Number of the frame.
- Double click the icon to access the frame's internal memory.
- Copy and paste the desired media files from the source window to the frame's internal memory.
- Eject the frame by dragging the frame's icon from the desktop to the trash.
- Disconnect the photo frame from the computer.
- On the frame, select the media you want to view(i.e.: photos, videos, music) and press enter on either the frame or the remote.
